ENTREE

Kingfish carpaccio with avocado, radish, black caviar & spicy citrus dressing

King prawns butterflied & grilled with chilli & garlic butter (GF)

Burrata with eggplant caponata, pine nuts, fresh herbs, pane carasau, green oil (V)

MAIN

Angel hair pasta with rare yellowfin tuna, rocket, chilli, capers, garlic & Parmesan

Crispy skin barramundi, sweet potato & ginger mash with coconut, chilli & lime sauce (GF)

Potato gnocchi with cashew nut puree, mixed mushrooms, rainbow chard, marinated feta (V, GF)

Roasted deboned chicken rolled with prosciutto, amatriciana sauce, sauteed cabbage, spring onion (GF)

DESSERT

Sticky date & rum pudding – Vanilla gelato, toffee sauce

Chocolate mousse cake – Raspberry sauce, hazelnut praline, raspberry sorbet

Tiramisu – Layers of coffee soaked lady finger biscuits, mascarpone cream
